I thought it would be fun to see how many new cache sites I could find near to Mills in my local area. These will include Watermills and Windmills, some still in use, some now used for other purposes. Most mills are sited in nice surroundings, so I hope you will enjoy visiting them. I will be adding new caches to this series over the next few months. There might not be a pencil in the micro, so remember to bring your own.
All the micros are hidden right on public footpaths. None of them will be very close to private houses. Some of them are near public highways, but many are along private roadways, with only footpath access. Please park considerately, and do not drive along any private roads to access the caches.
Knepp Mill. There is not much left of the mill, but there is still a very nice millpond here. I could not hide the micro very close to the pond, as someone else has already beaten me to it! So it is placed a little way along the footpath to the west.
