I couldn't resist placing another cache inside this park, which is
adjacent to the new Flint Township Police Department. Please take
some extra time to enjoy the walking paths, benches, grills, and
small playground.
I would suggest parking in the main parking lot and walking to
the cache location. The cache is a regular size container, which
contains a log book, pen, and several nice trade items for kids.
GPS reception could be poor due to heavy tree cover during the
summer months, so be prepared. Also the terrain might be tough
during the summer months, because of heavy vegetation. You might
want to take a good look around for an entry point before diving
in. This is why I gave this cache more stars for difficulty &
terrain. Don't worry it's a regular size container. Your not going
to have any trouble finding it. Don't forget the bug spray!
