A short hike will take you to the geometrical middlepoint of Tolna county that is located near Felsönána.

The geometrical center of Tolna county is near the village of Felsönána, marked by an interesting statue on the top of a hill. If your car isn't a four-wheel drive, leave it in the village and hike about 1.5 km on the dirt road.
About Felsönána:
It is situated 26 km from the county seat, Szekszárd, it is part of the Tolnai-ridge small region. It is an agricultural settlement with 606 inhabitants (in 2010).
The middle of Tolna county
The geometrical center of Tolna county was calculated by Mihály Felker in 1987. He determined that it was located at the corner of agricultural area belonging to the village of Kalaznó. But, the work was partly financed by the cooperative farm of Felsönána. Also, the Kalaznó location was not suitable for accommodating crowds in case of events. So, these facts led to a bit of cheating: the center was marked by the interesting wooden statue of sculptor László Szatmári Juhos about 400 meters away from the true center, on a hilltop, belonging to Felsönána.
They surely picked a nice location. Easy to get to, nice views, a lovely meadow below for the children to run around. Unfortunately, there are no picnic tables to make it more comfortable to hang out here. T
