Bring your flashlight! This night cache will lead you around the lake at Tomlinson Park, which is at Garrison & 51st Ave.

This night cache is dedicated to Robert Service's poem The Three Voices. They are the wind, the wave and the stars. If the wind's blowing across this little lake, you'll have all three elements in one place... so read the poem and imagine you're curled deep in your blanket next to a campfire, looking up at the heavens...

This park closes at 11 p.m.

You won't have trouble following the trail of reflectors -- if you position your flashlight next to your eye. (If you're using a wheelchair, use a strong flashlight. A good flashlight will help you see the reflectors from the paved bike path -- sparing your a ride over bumpy grass. A headlamp is strongly recommended for self-propelled wheelchair cachers.)

The cache is hidden near a tree that's marked with multiple reflectors. The reflectors change style and color near the end. You're looking for a small 2" diameter x 6" camo pill bottle, which was originally stocked with a log, a pencil, and a few kid-friendly trade items.

Once you've found it, don't stop. I have placed several other night caches on this side of town -- all within a short drive of each other. They include: GC1K9ZK, GC1KN66, GC1J8ZM, GC1HVQC, GC1K9EQ, GC1K85T. Make a night of it.

Found with the help of the flashes of lightning that crossed the sky. Had a nice stroll around the park, then REALLY picked up speed at the end to keep from getting struck. No trackables in this cache. New log still nice and dry even with recent rains. TFTH.
