Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a “dogleg” part of Ryder Park that most people don’t even notice. There are lots of trees and squirrels aplenty.
FTF gets a golden dollar coin!

Fun squirrel facts:
- Squirrels hide their extra nuts in the soil, under rocks, and under leaves in “caches.”
- There are over 300 different squirrels worldwide, but only 3 different types are common in the Bay Area.
- Squirrels are the cleanest of the rodent family, because they spend a lot of time grooming themselves.
- The average squirrel lives 10-12 years and consumes more than its body weight in nuts every week!
