Geocache Description:

Squam Lake Public boat access

Placed at the public boat launch for Squam Lake in Holderness. This property was originally privately owned by my late Grandfather and had a nice boathouse but he allowed the public to use it freely. After his death it was transferred to the Squam Lakes Association who donated it to the State of New Hampshire who built the modern access. Busy area in summer. Stealth suggested and easily obtained here. Short term parking available at ramp. Long term Parking available across the street.
