Quick micro for the numbers. This is really wheelchair accessible - barely. It's really a T=1.1

I swore I'd never do one of these old standards but this is located in an odd spot that it just begged for something. From here you can get a glimpse of the new overpass at Magnolia and I15, under construction when placed. Heck, it's been under construction forever!!! This intersection is notorious for congestion so most locals avoid it.
