Geocache Description:

Located on Diksam Plateau on the beautiful Island of Socotra.
The location is close to the road. Some easy tree climbing is necessary to get the cache.

To get to Diksam Plateau a 4WD is recommended. But you need this everywhere on Socotra anyway.

Socotra is famous for his endemic plants and animals. On the Diksam Plateau you can admire the wonderful Dragon's Blood Trees (Dracaena cinnabari) with their typical umbrella-shaped canopy.

A local will assist with maintenance of the cache.
