Nice, easy, Kid-friendly cache, but don't go if the River is too high or in flood!
The Usk Valley Walk.
My son Cosmo, aged 7, chose the site for this Cache. It is along the public footpath which is the Usk Valley Walk which is absolutely charming in clement weather and could be treacherous when in flood - do not attempt the approach if the river is flooded (although it could be accessed from the road and across the fields). The path can also be very muddy, take your wellies.
Nice flat, wide, well-marked path, punctuated with a couple of benches along the way to enjoy the view.
Lovely place, overlooked by Clytha Castle which is available to stay in from the Landmark Trust.
Cache is on National Trust land, by kind permission.
