Cache is not at the posted coordinates. But you're in luck: I'm practically giving them away.
It's no longer possible to find all the South America country clues you need to solve for the coordinates. So I'm handing them to you right here on this page in black and white. All you have to do is plug them into the equation shown in the original cache page excerpt preserved below. This is not a trick. You can even solve it in the field if you can read this description page remotely.
The original ATW80 puzzle was an ambitious idea that collapsed under it's own weight. It's no longer possible to solve "The World" because that cache has been archived. But don't worry about that. I'm keeping this one alive because the South America cache is still fun in its own right.
Of the nine original South America country caches that fed into this solution, six are archived: Argentina (clue = 49), Bolivia (11), Brazil (5), Chile (28), Falkland Islands (8), and Uruguay (93).
The others have not been archived, but at least one is missing and presumed lost and a couple others have lost their clues. So here they are: Ecuador (50), Peru (19), and Venezuela (10).

Cache is NOT at posted coordinates. To solve the coords you must find ALL of the South American country caches in this series and obtain a "code" from either the cache lid or top log page at each cache. Write down the "code" and take it with you.
Fill in the blanks of the final coords:
33 50.XXX
117 46.XXX
To solve the rest of the 33 coords you must add up all of the codes found in Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, and Falkland Islands country caches.
To solve the rest of the 117 coords you must add up all the codes found in Peru, Uruguay, Argentina, and Venezuela country caches

Please note there are NO PARKING signs in the immediate area of the cache. However, the signs change to allow parking a couple of hundred feet past the obvious starting point. Watch for that and you'll be in the clear. That said, there are street sweeping NO PARKING hours on Tuesday mornings, but read the sign to make sure because they changed the day and time on my own street not long ago.
