Located at the rest area just west of Ogallala.
Your looking for a 10"x5"x6" lock and lock. It's a great place to
drop or pickup t.b.'s. There are no requirements for this, you
don't need to drop one to pick one up or visa versa. Just check
their missions and keep them moving. It's also a tribute to all
those 18 wheeled cachers out there, and an easy grab for them and
all the other travelers on I-80. There's also another cache at this
rest area for those who like a little tougher find. There's some
tradeables and a flashlight for night caching for the FTF
