Geocache Description:

About a mile each way along a well paved bike path. A bright green bison tube awaits. BYOP.

My brother-in-law Carl Spackler LCC (aka Sharky, but that's a story for another cache) have both recently suffered the indignity of the SECOND TO FIND distinction. For over 250 caches I resisted the temptation to take a FTF dash, only to be tempted into one at the start of a snow storm. My FTF miss was a paultry 19 minutes (to NH mega-legend Team Bullis), after which I swore to never FTF dash again (well, at least until next time).

I've also decided to start a tradition associated with the STF phenomenon. Following such a travesty I plan to publish "STF" caches to honor those of us who learn "your best just isn't good enough (lol)". Hence, my first STF cache is aptly named FAILURE.

Anyone who's visited the bike path knows this routine by now. FTF will win invaluable bragging rights. However, STF will win a freshly polished US $1 coin (via US mail).
