California Ringa Dinga Dong Mystery Cache

This puzzle cache is part of a series of caches created to release the Seattle FTF Bell Travel Bug back into the wild. To solve this puzzle, you will need to find cache Ringa Ding Ding Dong and retrieve the "offset" values.

Unlike some recent caches where you sit comfortable at home googling this and that, this one you may have to do some walking. Everything can be found within 1/2 block east or west of California Ave in West Seattle. Find the pictures, do the calculations you will be noodling that in Decimal Degrees. You do not have to bushwhack to the final location. It is just off a minor social trail.
