Little Neck Bay is lined with a mile long bicycle lane and jogging path on it's western shore.Bayside marina is amidst all this beauty and the general public may fish from here or rent a boat.I caught a 9lb Bluefish from here.
The marina opens in the spring and closes in the fall but you can enjoy a stroll along the promenade year round.
By car you can park at the Whitestone jetty lot off the Bell Blvd exit on the Cross Island Pkwy(beautiful long walk to micro).
You can also arrive on foot/bike by using a foot bridge from nearby Crocheron Park or another footbridge at the end of 28th Avenue(nearest to Micro).
