2023 Feb 11: Checked on the dredging that has been done. The normal way to this cache is rougher than it used to be but still passable without getting wet.
This puzzle cache was hidden in the Weber Delta Unit, Ogden Bay Management Area on Pi Day (3/14). I liked the two Greek letters together, so that's why I called this cache "Delta Pi 2009".
Additionally, this is also the first Pi Day officially designated by the U.S. House of Representatives. In honor of this, I have made this puzzle easy enough for a congressman; once they're told how to do it. It is left as an exercise to the reader as to whether or not this means it is easier or more difficult than my last one; one a six-year old could do.
Update 18 Aug 2009:

Park at N41° 12.087' W112° 06.746'. This waterfowl management area is open year round. Hunting happens during waterfowl season, in the fall. No motorized vehicles are allowed. No wading is necessary, as long as you find the correct route, but I wouldn't wear dress shoes.
Note: Pi Day also happens to be Albert Einstein's birthday.
You can check your answers for this puzzle on Geochecker.com. Make sure that you check before you go. Some of the puzzles in the area have ended up on a mailing list, so I'll may have to move this cache if this happens again.
Note (2009 Dec 30): While this one should be findable in winter, I wouldn't want to have to hike out to it.
