Geocache Description:

This is a multistage cache around the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds. It can be walked in around 2 hours or Cycled in under 1 hour. The route follows public bridleways and is all off tarmac.

The co-ordinates given are for roadside parking near Raywell Hall.

To find the Cache you will need to find the numbers A-E and put them in the formula below!!

A – Go to N 53. 45.577 W 000. 29.820. How many arrows on the bridleway sign?

B - Go to N 53. 45.466 W 000. 30.455. Count the number of telegraph poles that support the power lines overhead between here and N 53. 45.273 W 000. 30.346.

C - Go to N 53. 45.269 W 000. 31.227. How many Metal Gates?

D – Go to N 53. 45.532 W 000. 31.840. Nearby there is plaque. CP111(D) – 0200

E – Go to N 53. 45.611 W 000. 31.425. Your looking for a small geocache type container under the rock at the base of the tree. There is no log book in here as it is not a geocache, just a container with the number for E in it!

Now onwards to the actual Cache

N BA . (A+E)B. BE(D-C) W 000. A0. (Cx2)(A-E)(B+E)

When placed the cache had nothing but a log book and geocache info card, which is where you come in…The cache hopes to be bustling with trinkets and toys of a “native animal” theme!!!
