Park behind Best Buy. Not that hard but bouncy signal caused by rocks can make this more difficult.
This is a special place. Literally surrounded by sprawl. When this cemetery was first constructed, there was nothing but cleared farmland, few trees and plenty of peace and quiet. About 14 years ago, I would visit the Barnes and Noble and park near this spot and run up to see the stones. Few people ever did because they never knew it was there or may not have had time (or not have cared).
Now the Barnes and Noble has moved across the street and the tree in the middle of this cemetery has grown tremendously. It is pretty amazing to go up there and realize this tiny little cemetery was once surrounded by farmland and is now completely surrounded by urban sprawl.
Park behind Best Buy, watch for muggles in cars driving along the back road. Cache is not in cemetery.
