04/30/23 The case is all dried out and back in place with a fresh notebook and ready for visitors!
The last stagecoach robbery in the Bay Area took place near here in 1905 -- and the robber got away with a mere $4.30! He was never caught and may still be at large in Hillsborough today... Read the details on the nearby monument, then look for a medium snap-top container containing a logbook and some artifacts related to the robbery. Easy (and safe) parking on the roadside and a safe walk to the cache, but watch for traffic as you arrive and depart! Please be sure to cover and conceal the cache after you have found it. We have had problems with Muggles destroying the cache box and contents several times in the last year.
