A series of 3 micros and a final "treasure" cache dedicated to the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
These are NOT the coordinates for this cache! This will put you in the middle of the river a couple of miles from the final cache.
This is a series of three micro caches and a final regular “treasure” cache ammo box. Because of the “trilogy” of micros, we decided to also dedicate it to the trilogy Lord of the Rings.
You will need to bring a pencil or other writing utensil to the micros.
At each of the 3 micros, you must find a number which will be used in the final (puzzle) cache, below. This final cache will take you to a historic spot in south Dover
The coordinates are:
North: AB . CD . EFG
West: HIJ . KL . MNO
A = How many hobbits were in the Fellowship?
B = During what Age of Middle Earth does this story take place?
C = 0
D = Number from Cache-ology of the Rings I plus the number of Rings that can control all the Rings
EFG = Number from Cache-ology of the Rings II minus 1509
H = 0
I = the number of Nazghul minus 2
J = the number of Elves that live in the Shire
KL = the number from Cache-ology of the Rings III
M = the number of Rings originally given to the Elves
NO = Bilbo’s birthday (how old was he at the party during which he disappeared) divided by 4 5/8
