Parking at N42 05.549 W72 39.294. You can walk around the fence
toward the nearby house with the white fence. Well traveled paths
with ups and downs and roots. Always go right when trail splits.
Near the cache area follow the white birch logs down the steep leaf
covered slope carefully, slippery even when its dry.
For information about the trees see cache GC1PTXW. Cache is a 5" X
12" lock and lock. Cache will be between 2 large tulip trees which
are 130 + feet high. From the parking coordinates and after doing
this cache you can jump the brook, go a short climb up to a trail
that will take you to 3 other caches. GC176EJ, GC1PV1Q and GC1PTXW.
As the crow flies, or gps, its about 1 and 1/2 miles round trip.
You can go back to the trail you came in on and follow that to
another brook crossing but that adds going back up the steep slope
and adds to the round trip.
