Watergate Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Krypton: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

Easily accessible, this micro-cache is camo'ed to match its hiding place.

This narrow swath of open land is where the Hetch Hetchy Aqueduct flows underground through the North Fair Oaks neighborhood in unincorporated San Mateo County.

The cache is a small rectangular container. It contains only a log sheet, so bring a pen!

I live nearby, so if I happen to spot you caching, I might come say hello! :)

Tip: I know from personal experience that the streets in this area are off by several hundred feet in the Garmin Topo 2008 map.
