This cache was placed to encourage people to visit remote Province Pond. To get the coordinates for this cache you will have to hike up to Province Pond and find the Province Pond Shelter cache, GC1R3NC. The coordinates for the Province Pond Gas Saver cache are on the back of the log sheet for the Province Pond Shelter cache.
There also is another cache to look for up at the pond, Province Dam Experience!, GC1G35T.
