Group photograph to be taken at Sunset 2027 hrs

This is your last chance to join in with the world wide celebrations to mark the tenth anniversary of Geocaching.

On 1 May 2000 the Selective Availability of the Global Positioning System was switched off, which increased the sensitity of GPS receivers tenfold.

On 3 May 2000 the first "stash" was placed and Geocaching was born.

Geocachers all over the world are meeting, between 30 April and 3 May to celebrate this event which will be marked by a special Icon on atendees profile.

To gain this Icon you must attend an event of at least 10 cachers and be included in a group photograph, which I have timed to be taken at sunset, showing a banner
