What is This? Has he lost his Mind? An IHP Puzzle? NO! NOT A
PUZZLE! Just special logging requirement!
The challenge is this: Before you can log this cache, you must have
logged all of the first 50 IHP caches! I will be checking, and I
know right now there is no one that meets the criteria, as IHP 50
has either not published yet, or will publish along with this
cache.
That being said, the difficulty level only refers to the task at
hand, not the actual find. But what about the two that were
archived you ask? The verification process will accept either of
the IHP's numbered 35 and 40, as some may have logged the first 35
but not the other, or vice versa.
The FTF prize will be hand delivered upon verification of the FTF's
meeting the logging requirements.
Have fun, and no speeding across the state to try and get that last
IHP!
