While I was wandering through Somerset today I realized just how
well the name fit. This is a town with no actual town to speak of.
No stores, no shops, very few houses and several roads that are
closed for half the year or more. It really is a very summer
oriented place.
So I thought I would encourage more people to go and check it
out in the limited time allowed each year. Around the cache are
some really decent hiking trails, and word has it there are places
to swim further up on the resevoir.
I had some trouble with reception where I ended up placing the
cache, so the hint should help if you get stuck. The cache itself
is winter friendly, but I can't speak for the roads in.
