Had trouble finding it after dark a few days ago, but today? Success in the morning sunshine... Thanks for the hide!

#496 - A quick stop and grab after a long day, evening and morning at work. I left work at 1:30am and decided that this area of the city would be quiet. I was right, it was. Found the cache quickly. TFTC

Got lost, Pass Ave was closed to get back on the freeway. While wandering around I decided to go after this cache. Knew where to look, but it still was hard to spot. Well done!

Our last cache in California before heading home, and it turned out to be the most unpleasant. We located the cache quickly and were in the process of signing it when Eagle Eyes noticed an old muggle approaching. We fixed our attention on the freeway and watched the traffic. The muggle - an older, heavyset and bearded frumpy looking guy - started calling out "hey" as he approached. We figured he was going to beg for money, so we ignored him. He finally stopped a few feet away and practically yelled "HEY". We turned and he yelled "GET OUT OF HERE!!!" We said that this was a public lane and he screamed "THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY!". We exchanged a few angry words and just stood there. We stalled a bit, and then moved to the cul-de-sac close by. When old grumpy left, Eagle Eyes slipped back and rehid the cache.

Well, I guess you're bound to run into a few rude people now and them, caching or otherwise.

It's been a couple of months since I found this bad boy but I remember it like it was yesterday - (that's probably cuz I couldn't find a bartender at the after party) Anyway thanks for the lovely hide. This one in particular I do actually remember. I wonder if it's still here. Thanks for the fun day.
