Geocache Description:

You may need to step over a few blades of grass to get to this one, the terrain is possibly a 1 depending on your reach. The regular sized black cache is not at the initial coordinates.

To find the fractions of minutes of the cache location you will first need to find the shortest path through this step-over maze. To find your way through the step-over maze you have to repeatedly cross over the red, white or blue lines in that sequence. Do not cross over any black lines. Start where the letter 'S' is by crossing over the red line and finish by crossing over the blue line to get to 'F'. Note that the shortest path crosses over more than 48 lines.
To get the digits of the fraction of minutes take the digit from every 8th square you step into, first 3 digits are latitude, next 3 digits are longitude.
