I live in Maine and my son lives here in San Diego, hence the title: The Maine Connection. This cache is located near where my son lives, and he will be the person to maintain the cache when I am not visiting.
The cache is a waterproof match container with camo tape. It is located just off one of the trails in the Black Mountain area. The easiest access is from the cul de sac at the top of Avenida Maria. B.Y.O.P.
