Located between the mouth of
the Riu Gran, Santa Margarida and the Rec Salins, Empuriabrava, the
beach is popular with wind and kite surfers.
The Riu Gran is the entrance
to the marina at Santa Margarida.
It is accessible by ordinary
car, in fact many of the wind and kite surfers still turn up in VW
caravanettes although the "white van" seems to be superceeding the
ubiquitous VW.
The Aiguamolls
de l'Emporda extend from the mountains to the Fluvia river.and is
the second most importaant Nature Park in Catalonia. No further
development is allowed on the Aiguamolls.
Look out for
all sorts of birds, flora and fauna but do not interfere with them
Take note of the signs. Keep dogs on their leads.
Take
binoculars.

l'omnipresent VW.
El dels
Aiguamolls de l'Empordà s'estenen des de les muntanyes fins al
river.and Fluvia és el segon més importaant Parc Natural de
Catalunya. No es permet un major desenvolupament als
Aiguamolls.
Miri cap a fora
per a tot tipus d'ocells, flora i fauna, però no interfereixen amb
ells Preneu nota dels signes. Mantenir els gossos en les seves
pistes.
