You are looking for a decon container hanging on a string in the usual spot. Use some stealth if necessary, just don’t blow it!!! Please replace the cache back onto the string and make sure the lid is on tight, push hard on all 4 corners otherwise it will get water inside.
Nearest free parking is 0.5 miles north along Roosevelt Blvd. N 37 29.359 W 122 27.273 Heed the parking signs in the area, some areas are No Parking At Any Time.
This cache site has been blown for many years. This is a favorite spot of mine along the Coastside Bike Trail, it is about halfway to the harbor from my home and a nice place to stop for a quick time out against the wind.
The paved bike trail runs from just south of Poplar Avenue in Half Moon Bay, north to Miramar. There are also dirt trails heading south all the way to the Ritz Carlton Hotel, along with more caches. In the near future the pavement will continue north all the way to the harbor.
