This cache is part of my "Summer Splash" series considering the rain we've had so far. The bridge and road has a gate up to keep out all motor vehicles but the fishing is what fisherman come for.
Located off the Valley Road, the cache is located before the bridge. Bring your fishing pole and worms! As always, be mindful of where you step at all times while caching to protect plants and others. Note: be mindful of a part of an old steel cable near the ground in the location. For the FTF there is a packet of sunflower seeds.
July 4, 2012: placed new container today, it's a camoed baby wipes container. Squeeze the top area while twisting the cap for easier opening. Enjoy! New swag is inside.
October 18,2023 Placing a new container today. It’s a small L&L. The original site has been washed away by river water. As you face the bridge snd gate, walk to the left side into the wooded area. When you enter the wooded area the cache is on the right side. I like this new location. Be careful at the time of year with the wet leaves covering soil and rocks. Please cover as found.
