There are seven tributes caches in the park, this is the first. We wanted to honor those who have been so much help to us. Conman and Team Peterson are two cachers that hold meet'n'greets monthly. We want to thank them for the opportunity to meet so many others involved in the sport. We appreciate the time they give to enhance caching.

About the cache. If you park at the corner of Tamarack and Thornapple Ct. you will be within a few feet of the cache. It is a camed matchstick container. It is no longer on the fence but across the path at the edge of the brush. When you locate the cache look for the needed cord for the seventh cache in the park.

When I was a child we spent a lot of time in the back of this park. There are tennis and basketball courts, baseball fields and plenty of room for a football game. Over the trail to the north of this cache is Indian Mill Creek. What more could a kid ask for.

I actually started this series the first day it was published, but never finished it. So here I am a year later, trying to complete it. Found this one after a bit of searching for the right trail, and waiting for my gps to get right. Can't wait to finish this. TFTC!

Cool idea for a theme cache. Congrats on all the cachers. This was our first find of the series and the most difficult but we prevailed. Thanks for the hunt.
