How Geocaching Works
You are looking for a camoed tube the size of a cigar tube. Launch your boat at the parking area listed in the additional waypoints.
Connecting Korth Lake and Bahr Lake is a small, unnamed channel, just big enough to paddle a small boat through, and surrounded by lots of swamp. It's not quite nowhere, but it's darn close.
You will need a kayak or similar conveyance to get to this cache, and you can reach the cache without leaving the kayak--although it won't be easy to get in there. Most likely a standard-sized canoe would not make it. If you have to leave your boat, chest waders might be tall enough...then again, maybe not. As far as a winter approach, the cache is small and low and will get buried in snow.
(No hints available.)
You need a boat that can get through this.
