This cache is on DCR property, near the parking area for the public boat launch for Big Pond (but you need to enter thick brush and soft, almost swampy, ground)
The boat launch dumps into a small, mile long, river that connects at the other end to Big Pond, it is a nice place to kayak and canoe (especially since there are a few geocaches along the way)
