Follow Chesley Rd. out of East Alton, you can drive right up to this cache.
Not sure why this is not called Rines Road instead of Chesley Road, the people at this location don't really care. The only non-encrypted hint I will give you is that it is outside, not inside. If you continue straight on the dirt road it will eventually take you to Merrymeeting Lake (if you take the right turns).
