Geocache Description:

This series is an homage to classic video arcade games.

Name Frogger
Year Released 1981
Creator Konami
What Made It Different Frogger was large step away from shoot-em-up games that were popular in the day. It also was the first game to feature continuous background music that changed contextually based upon action in the game.
Little Known Facts In 2006, a group in Austin, Texas used a modified Roomba dressed as Frogger to play a real-life version of the game. It was able to get across the street 10 times (40 lanes) and survive for 15 minutes before it was "killed" by an SUV.
