Wandercache auf einem schönen Aussichtsgipfel in den Wölzer Tauern
Hiking cache on a mountain in the Wölzer Tauern.
Parken kann man im schönen Talschluss nahe der Neunkirchnerhütte auf 1535m Höhe.
Aufstiegsvarianten
- Wers eilig hat nimmt den markierten Weg 926 über die Schoberscharte - ca. 2.5h, abschnittsweise steil
- Schöner ist aber diese Runde: Weg 918 / 927 über Funkelsee und Idlereckscharte auf den Talkenschrein (herrliches Wandergelände).
Nun entweder direkt über den Felsgrat zur Schoberspitze (Fester Fels und ausgesetzte Kletterpassagen bis III) oder über Zagelsee und Schobersee auf den Ostgrat der Schoberspitze (Steigspuren, nur bei sichtigen Wetter anzuraten. Karte mitnehmen!)
Der Cache (Petling) ist unterhalb eines Sitzsteines versteckt.

There are several ways to the cache
- Marked way 926 over the Schoberscharte - approx. 2.5h, steep in parts
- Much nicer: Way 918 / 927 past Funkelsee and Idlereckscharte to the Talkenschrein (a marvellous hikingarea).
Now either straight over the rocky north-ridge (climbingpassages up to UIAA III) of the Schoberspitze or past Zagelsee and Schobersee to the eastern ridge of the mountain. (faint, if any tracks, take a map with you)
The cache (a petling) is hidden underneath a sitting-stone.
