**This geocache is part of the Franklin County Geocaching Network,
a series of 25 geocaches placed throughout Franklin County.
Almost a park and grab. The cache is located on the grounds of the
Phillips Community Center, also known as "The Gym." Drive on Route
4 towards downtown Phillips and turn onto Pleasant Street right
before Edmund's Market. Once on Pleasant Street, drive about 1/2
mile and turn left onto Depot Street. The Community Center is
located on Depot Street, as well as the site of the old Phillips
High School, a town cemetery, and the old railroad depot. Cache is
a medium-sized container.
This geocache was placed by the AfterSchool Adventures Geocaching
Club, and is part of the Franklin County Geocaching Network (FCGN).
