Nella zona a nord di Sesto Calende, a circa un centinaio di metri
dalla chiesa di San Vincenzo, si può trovare un complesso
megalitico derivato dall'ultima glaciazione Wurmiana.
Il masso più grosso del gruppo ha sempre attratto la fantasia
popolare: nell'antichità è stato luogo di culto e probabilmente
altare sacrificale, perlomeno questo sembrano dimostrare le
numerose cuppelle scavate in esso.
In era più recente è nata attorno ad esso una leggenda, ancora
tramandata in quel di Sesto Calende.

La cache è un contenitore cilindrico bianco nascosto in mezzo alle
radici di un tronco posto ad una decina di metri a nord-ovest
rispetto al masso.
Ma fate attenzione! La bussola impazzisce vicino alla Preja
Buia.

In the north area of Sesto
Calende, about hundred meters from San Vincenzo's church, you can
find some megalithic stones. The largest stone of the group has
always attracted popular imagination: it was an ancient place of
worship and probably a sacrificial altar.
In more recent time there was around it a legend, even handed
in Sesto Calende.

The cache is a cylindrical white container hidden among the roots
of a tree at a dozen meters to the north-west from the main
stone.
But be careful! The compass get mad near Prej Buia.
