Follow the roman road and have a nice view over Lovech
At the first stage you'll stand in front of a BIG hero. Count the number of letters on the tablet on the monument = A.
Go to second stage at
N 43° 07.7(A + 15) E 24° 43.1(A + 24).
Here you see a flag of an european country. Is it

2. Austria (B = 27)
3. Italia (B = 37)
4. Bulgaria (B = 47)
At the third stage you'll find the final coordinates in two film canisters, each has the coordinates. I made some redundance so you can find the final even one of the hints has disappeared.
