Lembro que a eventual reactivação desta cache passará pelo mesmo processo de análise como se fosse uma nova cache, com todas as implicações que as guidelines actuais indicam.

Se no local existe algum container, por favor recolha-o a fim de evitar que se torne lixo (geolitter).

Geocache Description:

Com a colocação desta cache ficarão a conhecer mais um parque da cidade da Figueira da Foz situado na rua da Celulose Billerud que foi criada em 1966 para dar acesso ao Bairro da Billerud, mais conhecido por Bairro da CELBI.

Este bairro foi construído pela CELBI para habitação social dos seus empregados e tem crescido nos últimos anos, tendo sido construídos vários focos habitacionais que o transformaram por completo.

O espaço hoje ocupado pelo parque já serviu de pastagens para cavalos, pequenas hortas aí instaladas pelos moradores do bairro da Celbi e, mais tarde, um campo de futebol.

O elevado número de fogos habitacionais e as características da população aí instalada deve ter influenciado os autores do projecto de arranjo deste espaço porque aí foram construídos um parque infantil, um parque de jogos e um espaço verde servido de uma lagoa artificial.

Foram ainda colocados inúmeros bancos e mesas que permitem, a quem o desejar, passar uma tarde bastante agradável.

With this cache you'll know another park in Figueira da Foz. This park is located in Rua Celulose Billerud created in 1966 in order to give access to Billerud´s neighbourhood, also known as CELBI's neighbourhood.

This neighbourhood was built by CELBI Company for his workers to live in and have been grown in the last years, with several buildings around it that totally changed the initial plant.

The space where the park is have allready been used as pasture for horses and there were small gardens planted by the workers that lived there. Later, it was installed a football field.

The high number of residential fires and the characteristics of the population served by the park must have influenced the authors of the arrangement of this space because they choosed to built a playground, a park of games and a grenn space with an artificial lake.

There were also placed benchs and picnic tables thath allow to spend a very pleasant afternoon.
