Geocache Description:

We took our dogs for a leisurely walk when we hid this quick, easy cache. This is a popular area to enjoy dog walking and horseback riding. THE FOREST IS ALSO POPULAR WITH THE MOSQUITOES SO COME PREPARED!

The Norton Town Forest is named after Gertrude E. Cornish who, in 1922, was instrumental in developing the town forest as well as providing Norton with a forestry plan. Located on Plain Street in Norton, there is parking available for several cars along the forest edge.
