Located on the "Bridal Path" in Kennebunk, ME. You may enter the path on the entrance off of Rt. 9 on the East side of the Mousam River Bridge.
Cache is a regular sized container.
Great area for walking, running, biking.... and SWIMMING your dog! This path is where I bring my pup, Chase, to fetch for tennis balls into the Mousam River.
On either side of the path which is Kennebunk public property, and used by all, are tracts of land owned by Rachel Carson and the Dept. of Fish and Game. You do not need to walk more than two feet off the path to locate this cache.
Years ago, the bridal path was a railroad spur off of the Boston-Maine line which brought passengers to the Kennebunk and Kennebunkport coastal resort and beach area. Enjoy!
Local caching legend, StevesSister logged the FTF! I am surprised I did not see her, as my dog and I were down here for a pooch dip in the river around the same time!
