Located at Yurigahara park.
The cache is the size of a deck of cards and is placed inside a ziplock bag. Near the cache are benches and a small concrete building. It is quite a popular park so this may cause some difficulty. But besides that this should be an easy find.

There is a pencil, but no pen (if you like signing your name in ink).

Yurigahara park is a 15-20 minute walk from Sakaemachi station (Toho subway line/blue line) and only a few minutes from Yurigahara JR station.

Will hopefully be placing more caches in the near future.

AShrubbery.

We found the seats and the concrete building but failed to find the cache. There were a lot of fallen leaves about the base of the building and there was a chance it could have been under the leaves but it would have been near impossible to clear them and soon snow will have covered them anyway. We look forward to hearing from other`s who had more luck in finding it.
