From the intersection of Rte. 2 and 16, take Rte. 2 East for a short distance just until you cross the railroad tracks. Turn right onto Bangor Street proceeding to the dead end where you'll find parking and the Carter-Moriah trailhead sign. The 2-mile hike starts easy for the first mile, but becomes moderately steep. The trail is well groomed, quite wide and fairly clear of trip hazards.
The cache is a camo ammo box hidden in a really "cool" spot. Enjoy your hike!
