Vensilló
Enclavament municipal dels Alamús envoltat pels de Bell-lloc d’Urgell, Torregrossa i Sidamon i comarcal del Segrià al Pla d'Urgell.
Amb 7.78Km2 és un dels més grans dels enclavaments comarcals. Tant que fins i tot està habitat (3 persones al 2006). No us hauria de costar gaire trobar-hi un arbre centenari i, si avui us ha tocat la loteria, potser podeu visitar el Santuari de la Mare de Deu de Vensilló, de propietat privada i rarament obert. Si ho conseguiu, no deixeu de compartir les fotos.
El lloc fou poblat pels Templers i possiblement correspon a la "turris d'Avinçalom que modo vocatur d'Albaç", que Ramon Berenguer IV atorgà al Temple i a la qual el segle XII Hug de Barceló atorgà carta de poblament.
Les coordenades? Ah, sí, clar. Primer heu de trobar l'arbre (això ja ho havia dit, oi?). L'entorn és una prova de quan cutres i poc cuidadosos podem arrivar a ser els humans. Necessitareu la posició i les sis xifres que apareixen al petit rètol que hi ha. Agrupeu les xifres de dues en dues, les dues primeres són el nombre X, la tercera i quarta Y i les dues últimes Z.
Si no podeu llegir el rètol, busqueu darrera, enganxat amb un iman hi ha un petit escrit plastificat.
Latitud del cache = Latitud de l'arbre (un decimal) + (Y * 9 + Z * 8 + 6)/1000 minuts
Longitud del cache = Longitud de l'arbre (un decimal) + (X * 41 + 5)/1000 minuts
Exemple:
Suposem que la latitud és 41º 31.287' i les xifres són 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. Per tant X=23, Y=45, Z=78.
(Y*9 + Z*8 + 6)/1000 = (45*9 + 78*8 + 6)/1000=1.035
41º 31.200' (despreciem el segon i tercer decimal) + 1.035 = 41º 32.235'

You should have no problems finding a centenary tree and, if you are really lucky today, maybe you can visit the small chapel of Mare de Deu de Vensilló, a private property and usually closed. Place was populated by Templier Order and probably corresponds to the "turris d'Avinçalom que modo vocatur d'Albaç" that Ramon Berenguer IV gave to the order. On the XII century Hug de Barceló gave village rights to the place.
Coordinates? Ah, yes, you are right. First you must find the tree (I already said that, didn't I?). Surroundings are the proof of human environment careless. You will need its position and the six digits that appear on the small sign near it. The first two are number X, third and forth Y and last two Z.
If the sign is not readable, look for a small magnetic document in the rear with all needed data.
