I'm lucky enough to work in the neighborhood, and have made it my daily routine to enjoy at least part of my lunch break hiking here in the Lynn Woods. I feel that for such a large area of land, it has surprisingly few geocaches. To help remedy this situation I've placed this, my second cache in these woods.
This one is should be a quick find, not quite a park-and-grab, but almost. The hide could be considered "typical" and should be obvious to any experienced cacher once spotted.
Due to the neighborhood (Lynn) this cache is off-limits after dark. Due to it's hiding spot it's probably inaccessible with any significant snow cover. Also, it's near a ball-field and a playground so muggles could be an issue sometimes. However it was nearly deserted when I placed the cache.
