Lock and Lock located along a nature trail in Bedminster.

This cache is one of many in the “Along the Raritan” series. These caches will offer great views, fishing, and hiking along a great local river. There should be minor bushwhacking if any to access the caches. Please rehide all caches as found.

Access from River Road park or off of Miller Lane. Head off of main paved trail to blue trail that follows the river.

For this cache, summer time would be a great chance to bring a swimming suit and go for a dip.

Visit the final, although you do not have to complete these caches to do it -GC202HZ

GOOD LUCK!

Since I was so close and only 1/2 frozen at the time, I decided go go for this last cache. Did you know that a cache buried under 6 inches of snow is not something that someone who just fell in a creek should attempt to do? Am much as I hated to have a DNF I will have to come back when I am dry and warm.

#768 Bushwhacked from the paved trail to the blue blazed trail along the raritan. Found this cache somewhere in between. It was a great day for caching - in the 40s yet the ground was still crunchy and crispy, not soggy. TNLNSL TFTC

Today PTBilly and I decided to try this series along the raritan but it may not have been the best choice being all the
rain we've had lately. We parked the cars in the parking lot and headed to GZ. Most of the way we had to figure the best way
around the water that was deep in spots. Found the cache and SL. TFTC!

Out with Charlie today caching the last Sunday of the year to get our numbers up before the year end. We parked in the river road park and crossed over the roadway and made our way to the river. With all the rain we had yesterday we knew it was going to be wet in places but we found the path underwater in spots. When we got to the point we needed to go into the woods we choice or way carefully but still had to make numberous water crossings. Slowly we worked our way to GZ and finally found the cache hidding spot.

Now onward to #2.
