Schöne Wanderung mit tollem Final. Ihr braucht festes Schuhwerk und stark leuchtende Lampen. Reine Wanderzeit zur Höhle ca. 1:30 h einfache Strecke.
Die Höhle "Sa Cova Tancada del Cap de Menorca" wurde früher von Schmugglern benutzt. Der Höhleneingang an den Felswänden wurde von den Schmugglern gebaut, die hier ihre Waren versteckten.
Hier findet man auch in den Fels geschlagene Treppenstufen, die ursprünglich Touristen zur Höhle bringen sollten.
Vom Eingang der Höhle aus kannst Du bei schönem Wetter die Insel Menorca sehen.
Oben im Höhleneingang findet ihr ein Schild in vier Sprachen.

Bitte beachtet, dass es sich hierbei um ein schutzbedürftiges Naturobjekt handelt. Bitte keinen Müll hinwerfen. Wenn Ihr die Höhle erkundet, dann bitte auf keinen Fall Stalagmiten oder Stalagtiten zerstören oder abbrechen. Wenn Ihr irgendwo zehn Zentimeter abbrecht, habt Ihr tausend Jahre zerstört.

Den Eingang zur Höhle findest Du bei:

Anfahrt: Abzweig von Alcudia in Richtung "Es Mal Pas". Dann Abzweig nach "Platja del Coll Baix" bis zu den Startkoordinaten: N39°51.176, E003°10.806 (Bis dorthin mit dem Auto möglich, dann den Weg am kleinen Häuschen hoch laufen.)

Beautiful hike with a great final. You need good shoes and very bright lights. Walking time to the cave about 1:30 hours way trip.
The Cave "Sa Cova Tancada del Cap de Menorca" was once used by smugglers. The entrance to the cliffs was built by the smugglers, who hid their wares here.
Here you will find in the rock cut stairs, which should initially bring tourists to the cave.
From the entrance of the cave you can see, in case of fine weather, the island of Menorca.
At the top of the cave entrance you'll find a board in four languages.

Please note that this is a fragile place. Please do not throw garbage. If you explore the cave, then please do not destroy stalagmites or stalactites. If you would destroy 10 centimeters somewhere, you have destroyed a thousand years.

Directions: From Alcudia in direction of "Es Mal Pas". Then go to direction of "Platja del Coll Baix" to the starting coordinates: N39°51.176, E003°10.806 (possible with car, then up the trail at the small house.)
