Geocache Description:

This is a place to pick-up, discover, drop off or trade a Travel Bug. Hours available 11-9pm Mon-Thurs, 11-10pm - Fri & Sat, 10-8pm Sundays

This is a free-trade TB hotel, if you don't have a TB to trade and would like to pick up one, you can do so.

Duncan is the traditional home of the Coast Salish Indians. In summer you can watch the creation of the famous Cowichan sweaters as they are hand-knit in one piece, their unique patterns reflecting the knitter's family design (some even spin their own wool).

More than 100 independent boutiques, galleries, fashion outlets, book stores, restaurants, a lively brewpub, and a handful of funky coffee shops have reinvigorated downtown Duncan. Visit the Cowichan Valley Museum in the 1912 railway station. There are 41 totems on the self-guided tour - follow the yellow foot prints or catch a show at the Duncan Garage Showroom.
Just Jakes is in the heart of Downtown Duncan.
